We offer this service in Southern California, which allows you to enjoy the culmination of your planning without the stress of managing logistics. We step in 2–3 months prior to your wedding to fine-tune the timeline, oversee vendor communication, and serve as your point person on the big day—so you can be fully present and truly savor every moment.

Wedding Planning offers a more comprehensive level of support, guiding you through every step of the planning journey. From establishing a realistic budget and curating your vendor team to developing a cohesive design vision and managing all planning logistics, we’re with you from start to finish. This includes creating timelines, sourcing and booking vendors, managing communication on your behalf, and ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly. With full-service planning, you have a trusted partner to simplify the process and bring your vision to life with clarity and ease.

Do you offer Day Of Coordination?

In short, no.

We do not offer “day-of” coordination—because, simply put, it’s not a realistic or effective approach to executing a successful wedding. In order to confidently manage your day, we need to have a deep understanding of your event details, vendor team, logistical flow, and personal preferences well in advance. Showing up on the day without that context leaves too much room for miscommunication and missed details. Our approach is rooted in preparation, collaboration, and thoughtful planning in the weeks leading up to your wedding. Because that’s what it takes to ensure everything runs smoothly and you’re free to be fully present.

How much does a Los Angeles Wedding Planner cost?

A question we’re often asked is, “How much does a Los Angeles wedding planner cost?” While pricing can vary quite a bit based on the level of support and the complexity of the event, we’re considered mid-range for wedding planners in the LA area. Our proposals are custom-built to reflect where you are in the planning process and where you need the most support. Most of our full planning couples have a total wedding spend of $80k-$170k. Final pricing depends on factors like your wedding location, guest count, planning timeline, logistical complexity, and where you are in the process. We’re here to create a planning experience that feels thoughtful, well-supported, and tailored to you.

Will we be working with you, or someone else during planning?

When you work with me, you’re truly working with me. This is a small, intentionally run business, and I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give each couple my full attention and care. Throughout the planning process, I’ll be your main point of contact—from our first conversation to the final walkthrough. While I do bring in trusted associates to support on the wedding day itself, I don’t operate with a large team or hand clients off to multiple planners. This approach helps streamline communication, build trust, and offer you the most personal and thoughtful planning experience possible.
