FAQs
Will you stay until the end of the night at our wedding?
Yes! The planning team is usually the first one in and the last one out.
Can you help us set up decor?
My team will help to set up any personal decor items that are not the responsibility of another vendor. This usually includes things like table numbers + signs, guest book, framed photos, or glow sticks for the dance floor. Our team cannot assist with delivery and set up of large or bulky items, or alcohol but we’ll be happy to help you arrange delivery of these items.
Will you help us plan our rehearsal dinner?
Rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or a post wedding brunch are considered separate events and can be added to our base planning service.
Can you help us book room blocks or other travel logistics for our guests?
As your planner, I will help provide suggestions for hotels based on the location, style, and budget you have in mind for guest accommodations. You’ll work directly with the hotel to set up your block based on the number of rooms you’ll need. Coordinating transportation is included in planning services.
Do you take on more than one wedding per day?
In order to maintain sanity, I take on one event per weekend. When we work together, you’ll work directly with me throughout planning and on the wedding day.
Do you only work with certain vendors?
In short no. The vendors you bring on for your wedding day are 100% your decision. As your planner, I want to present you with options that will be the best fit for your budget, style, and personality. I love to recommend the incredible vendors that I’ve worked with over the years because I know they will deliver amazing service. But ultimately it’s your wedding and the final decision is yours and yours alone.
What happens if you’re unable to make it to our wedding?
In the unlikely scenario that I cannot attend the wedding day, I will do my best to ensure an experienced planner is there to support you. Whether it’s another planner or one of my associates, I’ll fully download this person with the details so they are prepared and ready to take the lead on the day.
